Grant Opportunity - New York State Program for the Conservation and Preservation of Library Research Materials

The Conservation Preservation Discretionary online grant application for 2010-2011 is now available at https://eservices.nysed.gov/ldgrants. The program has moved to an online application process. In order to have access to this online grants system, institutions must first register for a user name and password. To do this go to our web site and click on the link to the Online Grant System Account Registration Form to register to receive a user name and password.

The New York State Program for the Conservation and Preservation of Library Research Materials provides $500,000 each year for preserving materials in the collections of libraries, archives, historical societies and similar agencies. The grant awards for 2010-2011 will be limited to a minimum of $1,500 and a maximum of $30,000. The 2010-2011 application due date is 5:00 p.m. August 27, 2010.
