Join us as Susan D'Entremont, Regional Archivist for the Capital District Library Council, takes us through the basics of the digitization process and the first year of their pilot digitization project, CDLC Digital Collections.

In addition to highlights of the these two sites, Susan will cover the basic process involved in digitizing materials, some policies to begin this process, copyright basics, and the difference between digitization and preservation.
