Lexie has been described as“Holden Caulfield in the Age of the Internet” and the novel speaks to her generation in a powerful, unique voice, encouraging us to resist the nullifying effect of living like pets on a leash in "the Bubble" -- the fishbowl effect created by our planetary rulers.
